Maureen Shepard is an Actor, writer and stand-up comic originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She came out to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, where she graduated in 2012 with a BA in Theater (Acting) and a Minor in Screenwriting. She started doing stand-up in 2015 when she realized that her sarcastic point of view and self deprecating humor were funny to other people besides just her mom. Her conversational wit and likable charm continue to make her a favorite at comedy clubs across Los Angeles. She wrote and starred in her first short film in 2017 called "Lily". The film was an official selection of The Big Apple Film Festival in NYC. She is currently writing her first full length feature and continues to audition in Los Angeles.
